Teams that workout together!
This month we had the pleasure of working the teams from independent law firm Brabners to host some endorphin boosting corporate group workouts in Liverpool, Manchester and Leeds.
The workouts were to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week and its theme for 2024 – movement.
Brabners absolutely smashed the 45 minute workouts, and although there may have been a few sore muscles the next day, it was great to work with a company prioritising the health and fitness of their employees.
Regular exercise has such positive impacts on our mental and physical wellbeing. It can also significantly improve our quality of life.
Making sure we all reserve a little slice of the week to get moving will help us all to feel fitter, stronger, healthier and more productive.
For the business community, there is a strong link between a healthy workforce and increased productivity. Focusing on the health, fitness and wellbeing of staff is therefore essential.
